Thus, among the services we offer is our Technical support, backed by a team of professionals with vast experience in the sector, covering the brands and models of the current market and at the forefront of the new technologies applied to cars.

Our service offers you guidance, advice, help with diagnosis and technical consultancy in mechanics, electricity, electronics, guidance in the diagnosis of petrol and diesel injection systems, climate control, airbag, access control and the interpretation of errors in control units, electronic brakes, car lighting, safety systems, suspension, transmission, steering or any other car related system.

We currently provide technical support to 3258 garages in Spain, Portugal and France.

In Spain and Portugal the service is exclusively for clients of AD Parts and it is called AD Service.

In France we provide a service to Autodistribution’s clients and this service is known as Assistance Diag 24.

In Romania, our client is Auto Total and the service has the same name as in Spain and Portugal, AD Service.


Service quality control


Our software is specifically developed in order to manage the clients acquired, manage the enquiries received, supervise the monitoring of incidents, assign technicians to each open enquiry, monitor the time invested in solving them, etc. This allows us to have constant control of the level and quality of the service provided to our clients.
