How to order
You must first ask for the corresponding estimate for the goods you wish to buy. This can be done via our webpage, with our online estimate generator or by getting in touch with us at our sales department. You will receive an estimate from us within a maximum of 48 hours.
Once you have the estimate, check it over and make sure it agrees with what you requested. If everything is alright, you can make your order in the following way:
1.-Send us the estimate, signed and sealed, and the payment slip for the total amount of goods.
Payment must be made by bank transfer to the account number shown on the estimate we send to you.
Send the documents to the email address we give you or to the fax number +34 93 465 85 05.
2.- Once your order has been formalised, our production department will send you an e-mail, in which we will confirm receipt of the order and acceptance of the same, and if necessary we will ask you for the logo or image that you want on the surface of the USB device chosen for your Auda Keys.
The image formats accepted for the logo are: Macromedia Freehand, Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw.
Remember to trace or convert to curves the fonts used in the design. In the e-mail you will receive, we explain how to send us the images.
3.- From then on we take care of everything. We will send you a photomontage, by way of a sample, of exactly how the Auda Keys will look with your logo. We will wait for your approval and then send your order for production.
Within 15 days your goods will be available. We will call you as soon as they are ready for shipping.
